Ultracel Q+ Treatment is a ground-breaking, non-invasive treatment for lifting and tightening areas of the skin, such as fine lines, wrinkles, crepe-like skin and general sagging. Using High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Ultracel Q+ can also target fat, contouring troublesome areas of the body such as the jawline, jowls, neckband and upper arms.

The process itself is extremely quick, taking around 8-10 minutes for a facial application, and 15-30 for a partial body treatment, and though results develop over the course of 6 months, most patients can see a difference right away.

Amazingly, there is zero recovery time, in terms of continuing with your day after a treatment, but aftercare is of the highest importance. To help you take the best approach, once the treatment has been performed, we’ve prepared this list of do’s and don’ts:

Do’s

Drink Lots of Water

Water in the skin helps the generation of new collagen, so it’s important to keep yourself hydrated. We recommend choosing water over other beverages, as often as possible.

Hit Pause On The Alcohol

A HIFU session leaves your body with deactivated fat, which your liver needs to break down before the body can get rid of it. Drinking alcohol puts extra strain on the liver when it’s already busy breaking down fat. We recommend a minimum 48 hours break from alcohol, and for optimal results, extending that time to weeks.

Look After Yourself

Ultracel Q+ HIFU treatments are highly effective, as well as permanent. They reduce the appearance of weary skin, brought on by age, contour fatty parts of the body, and stimulate the growth of new collagen fibres. Remarkable though all this is, even the most life-changing treatment works best in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet. We recommend self-care, morning till night, and a determined commitment to aftercare.

Dont’s

Don’t Scratch Your Skin

Ultracel Q+ works deep in the layers of the skin, stimulating new collagen growth that helps produce the kind of results you might expect from surgical interventions such as facelifts. After the treatment, the work your skin is doing is intensive, so it’s best to protect it. We recommend avoiding any kind of skin damage, where possible, including scratching an itch.

Avoid The Sun After Ultracel Q+ HIFU Treatment

Your skin will be sensitive after the treatment, so treat it gently. Harmful UV rays can interfere with the Ultracel Q+ process, causing skin damage and hyperpigmentation, so we recommend applying high-factor sun creams for several weeks, giving your skin a proper chance to recover.

After Ultracel Q+ HIFU Treatment Avoid Hot Showers & Baths

After treatment, it’s best to use cold or lukewarm water when bathing, as hot water removes the natural, protective oils in your skin. Ultracel Q+ aftercare is all about protecting your skin.
