Use sun protection

Your post-peel skin is a little vulnerable to the sun, so sun protection is a must whenever you are out and about during daylight hours. This is because your chemical peel will be in the process of shedding your damaged, dead, and dying skin cells, revealing a fresh layer of skin beneath. This positive skin cell turnover makes your skin a little vulnerable to the elements while it heals, and UV inflammation could cause permanent pigmentation changes. Sun protection is your first chemical peel aftercare tip, and it’s possibly the most important one. Use lighter cleansers

When washing your face in the morning or before bed, switch to a lighter cleanser.
